GridEonPrivacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we process on grideon.ro and in GridEon services, why we process it, and what your rights are.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Battrix Energy, Satu Mare, Romania. For any question about your data, write to contact@grideon.ro.

Data from your installation
The data GridEon reads from your inverter and battery (power, energy, voltages, history) stays on your device. We don't collect it or send it to our servers.
How long we keep data
- Launch sign-up: until launch and at most 12 months after, or until you withdraw consent.
- Contact messages: at most 2 years after the last correspondence.
- Account data: while the account is active. Billing records: as long as accounting law requires.
- Server logs: usually at most 90 days.
Who we share data with
We don't sell data. We only share it with the providers we need for the service to work: the website hosting provider and, once you buy licences, the payment processor and invoicing service. All of them process data in the European Union or with adequate safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@grideon.ro and we'll reply within one month.
You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
