These terms apply to the grideon.ro website, your GridEon account and the GridEon software. By using the site or the software, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

GridEon is provided by Battrix Energy, Satu Mare, Romania. Contact: contact@grideon.ro.

2. Licence

• A licence lets you use GridEon on one device, for your own installations or your customers'.
• The licence doesn't transfer ownership of the software. You may not copy, modify, decompile or distribute the software, except where the law allows it.
• If you replace the device, the licence can be moved to the new device on request.

3. Account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. We may suspend an account used abusively or in breach of the licence.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and payment terms are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Invoices are issued electronically.

5. How the software works

GridEon is a monitoring tool. It shows the data it receives from your equipment and doesn't replace the protections, settings or instructions of the inverter and battery manufacturer. Work on the electrical installation must only be done by qualified people.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses caused by missing or incorrect data from your equipment, network outages, or use of the software outside the documentation.

7. Consumer rights

If you're a consumer, you have the rights given by Romanian consumer protection law. For alternative dispute resolution you can use ANPC – SAL or the EU ODR platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Changes are published on this page with the update date.
